Navigate Settings to manage your account and subscription.

Welcome to your Settings page.

In Settings you can manage your billing information, update your organization’s name, access invoices, or cancel your subscription.

To get started, this article will guide you through:

Important note: Only organization owners have the permissions to modify billing information and view invoices.


1 - How to update your organization's Name

Change your organization’s name easily through Settings.

  1. Navigate to general: Go to the 'general' section in Settings.

  2. Edit: Click 'edit' on the right to update your organization’s name.


2 - How to update billing information

  1. Access settings: Go to your settings.

  2. Find billing: Click on ‘billing information’ on the right side.

  3. Edit: Select ‘edit’ and change the necessary fields.


3 - How to view invoices

Invoices are easily accessible via billing from settings.

Access: Click on ‘download invoice’ on the right side to view or save your invoices.


4 - How to change your payment card

Update your payment methods anytime under the Payment section.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to billing in settings and go to the ‘payment’ section.

  2. Choose ‘add payment method’ to add a new card or ‘remove card’ to delete an old one.


5 - How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Steps:

  1. Go to billing on settings.

  2. Go to subscription.

  3. Select ‘cancel subscription’ on the right.

  4. Confirm by clicking ‘cancel’.
