Missing or incorrect data in Shield?

Experiencing zero views, missing graphs, incorrect numbers or no data at all? It's probably a verification issue. We got you, read on.

We typically meet you in one of three scenarios. In all three the problem is easy to fix and your data will be with you soon.

1. You just signed up, did everything right and still miss data

Your data is on its way. It should be no more than 15 minutes. Check your verification status and make sure your account is always connected.

2. Your account is unverified and disconnected from LinkedIn

Please verify your account whenever you see the red dot or miss data (we can't verify your account for you). Make sure you're connected.

3. You have just re-verified your account

Your data is on it's way. When you have just re-verified your account, please allow for our system to retrieve your data. This typically takes 10-15 minutes.
