What is it?
Earned Media Value in the Marketing world is a term used to calculate the $$ worth of your organic content aka what you would have had to pay to get the same reach (views) with ads. In the case of LinkedIn content, it's what you would have had to pay in LinkedIn Ads to get your content in the feed of the same number of people.
Where is it?
Login into Shield
Go into your workspace and head to the Content Report Section
3. Scroll down and you will find it right next to the Total Statistics.
What to look for?
On the Earned Media Value Calculator you will find a slider under Cost Per Mille (CPM). CPM also called Cost Per Thousand, is a marketing term used to denote the price of 1,000 impressions on a post.
This slider, by default, is set at $8, you can adjust it based on your CPM cost.
