All features available with Shield for Business plan.

With the Shield for Business plan, you can connect multiple users to your dashboard.

Each account you add gets an individual workspace (folder), and is placed in an aggregated workspace by default. You can personalise the way your account is configured, and the viewing rights your users will have.

The 3 most common configuration options are explained below:

Option 1

Option 2

Option 3

Workspaces

  • individual

  • aggregated

  • individual

  • aggregated

  • individual

  • aggregated

Members

  • visible to all

  • visible to other members

  • not visible to others

  • visible to Admin

Statistics

  • visible to all

  • visible to Admin

  • visible team statistics

  • visible to Admin

  • invisible to others

Option 1 — Individual workspace(s) + One aggregated workspace (members and stats visible to ALL)

We recommend this configuration for teams and colleagues. Each person gets access to an individual workspace, and to an aggregated workspace, where everyone can view each other's stats and take inspiration from each other’s LinkedIn content.

This facilitates fair competition and content repurposing of the best LinkedIn posts across multiple platforms.

Option 2 — Individual workspace(s) + One aggregated workspace (members visible to ALL, stats only visible to ADMIN)

We recommend this configuration to teams more sensitive to privacy. Each person gets access to an individual workspace and to an aggregated workspace, where everyone can see their combined statistics.

With this configuration, members won’t see their colleagues’ posts or statistics on an individual level, only on a group level.

Option 3 — Individual workspace(s) + One aggregated workspace (NOT visible to members, stats only visible to ADMIN)

We recommend this configuration to agencies. With this set up, your aggregated workspace is not visible to users, only to admins. This way, your clients won’t see other members nor their statistics.

You will benefit from an all-in-one workspace to see total numbers across all your clients on Shield.

If you choose to send your clients invitations to Shield, they will only get access to their individual workspaces.

None of the configuration explained above fit your needs?

Send a message to [email protected] and with the following information:

  • Email address associated with your Shield account (owner or admin)

  • Name of the workspace(s) you wish to create (or modify)

  • People that should be added to each workspace

  • User level permissions for the workspace:

    1. Members and stats visible to all

    2. Members visible to all, stats only visible to admins

    3. Not visible to members, stats only visible to admins
