Remove an account
If you wish to remove an account from your Shield dashboard you just need to send us a message in chat or an email to [email protected] with the following information:
Name or Link (https://analytics.shieldapp.ai/workspaces/workspace_name/reports) of the unique Workspace the user has access to
Full name of the user you would like to remove
Replace an account
In case you want to replace the user with another one, please include in the email also the information of the person you want to add:
Full name (ex Jane Doe)
Email Address (ex [email protected])
LinkedIn url (ex linkedin.com/in/janedoe)
Configuration you wish to have for the newly added account (ex Send onboarding email invitation on my behalf)
