Learn how to upgrade or downgrade your Shield account

  1. Go to our pricing page and find the plan you want

  2. Send us a message* confirming your choice of plan and preferred billing cycle.

Upgrades during trial

Upgrades are free during your trial. Once your trial ends you will be billed based on your current plan.

Upgrades on active subscriptions

Upgrades on active subscriptions are billed a prorated amount immediately, for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrade

To downgrade your account, write us at [email protected] or directly in the chat. Same procedure as above. Choose your preferred plan and billing cycle and let us know.
