If you have just signed up to Shield and you receive this Error message when trying to verify your account, it is most likely due to the fact that you have trialed/purchased a Shield Plan before and your LinkedIn url is associated to your old account.
To fix this, we will have to reopen your old account, and cancel this new one by following these steps:
Step 1 — Request a Reactivation link
Send an email to [email protected] from the email connected to your Shield account and ask for a reactivation link.
Step 2 — Complete your reactivation
We will return a reactivation link with the instruction to follow to reactivate your account.
If you do not wish to reactivate, then please send us a message in the chat or email us at [email protected], so that we can cancel your subscription and avoid automatic charges from the system.
