"Could not find a match" - error message

You most likely need to verify or reactivate your account

If you have just signed up or you are trying to verify your account and the extension shows this error it could be one of the reasons below:

Option 1 β€” LinkedIn url already associated

You have had a trial before or been a customer previously, and your Linkedin url is associated to your old account. To fix this, you can reactivate your account instead.


Option 2 β€” You recently updated your LinkedIn url

You updated your Linkedin profile url / public identifier, which must be updated on your account manually. In order to do so, please send an email to [email protected] with your updated LinkedIn profile url.
