If you’re having trouble signing, the most common problem is that our devices have something installed that blocks us from smoothly signing up.
Here a few actions you can do:
1 — Disable Ad-Blockers
Ad-Blockers are great but sometimes they block credit card fields when trying to sign up. We integrate Stripe Payments to handle your credit card information and this has nothing to do with ads but sometimes get blocked so try disabling your ad-blocker during sign up.
2 — Go Incognito
Sign up on a different browser from Incognito mode:
3 — Switch to a different device
Sometimes our devices just give up on us and we have to switch to another.
Try instead signing up from your laptop or your phone and vice versa.
